What belongs with the seller instead
Orders are placed on the seller’s store, not here, and this publisher has no view into them. Anything to do with a specific purchase goes to the seller’s own support: where a parcel is, changing an address, starting a refund inside the sixty-day window, or a question about a bonus that shipped with a package. Their contact details are on the order confirmation email.
Writing to us about an order only adds a step, because the answer will be to write to them.
What we are not able to do
We cannot give medical advice, and we cannot say whether HoneyFil suits a particular person, a particular medication or a particular condition. That question belongs with a physician who knows the history. We also do not process payments, cancel orders or issue refunds, because none of those happen on this site.
